Benjamin Moore announced that it ranked Best in Customer Satisfaction among Interior Paints as part of the J.D. Power 2021 Paint Satisfaction Study.
The award encompasses best in application, offerings and durability throughout the United States, the company said.
The study measures key drivers among consumers who have purchased and applied interior paint, examining their behaviors and experiences in the past 12 months.
Benjamin Moore received a score of 863 (on a 1,000-point scale), leading among its competitors within the category.
