Effective August 9, 2021, or as contracts allow, Burgess Pigment will  increase all grades an average of 8% on average. Certain market segments will realize significantly higher increases depending upon grade, form, logistics, package, and volume.

Pricing has remained unchanged since January of 2018. According to the company, costs increases have accumulated over the last four years while the Burgess continually strived to manage and reduce its customer exposure.

“In our present environment of unpredictable and uncontrolled raw material and logistics cost increases, we are now forced to address these unrelenting costs pressures with our customer base,” said Thomas Adrien, executive vice president sales and technical at Burgess Pigment.
