Integrity Machining, Inc., makers of Kolstrand marine deck equipment, announced the acquisition of all of the assets of J.K. Fabrication, Inc., based in Seattle, WA, effective immediately.

“This acquisition marks a transformative moment for Integrity Machining and our customers. Commercial fishermen in the Pacific Northwest have long relied on innovative and rugged Kolstrand and JKFab products and services,” said Paul Glyer, President, Integrity Machining.
JK Fabrication manufactures Nordic winches and JKFab products.

Jim Krieder, founder of JK Fabrication, and the entire JK Fabrication team, have relocated to the much larger facility occupied by Integrity Machining in Marysville, WA.

“JKFab and Kolstrand are two of the most iconic brands in the marine deck equipment industry,” said Krieder.

Integrity Machining’s online store offers marine parts and products, but makes it easy to find pricing, parts and information within fisheries groups, exploded views, pictures, installation and maintenance information for Kolstrand and JKFab products.

“We’re thrilled to have Jim and his team become part of our growing family business,” said Justin Fontes, co-founder Integrity Machining. “JKFab products are a very complimentary fit with our already broad product line.”
