TIGER Drylac introduced TIGERTexT, a communication platform. 

 

TIGERText is a commercial messaging system that brings an extra level of convenience by allowing customers to reach a TIGER Customer Experience or Inside Sales representative directly via SMS text message.

 

TIGERTexT allows customers to avoid crowded email or voice mailboxes and interact directly with their representative to check inventory, determine lead times, receive price quotes, place orders, or make technical inquires. Note that TIGERText does not replace any previous forms of communication, such as email or voice – it is an additional service. 

 

“At TIGER we are working hard to be easy to do business with. Our customers told us they prefer to have an option to place inquiries via text as it is a fast and convenient two-way communication,” said Dan Simovic, co-CEO of TIGER Drylac North America. 

 

TIGER customers can register for the service by visiting the company’s website and selecting “Subscribe” on the homepage. From there, they can opt-in to email and/or text communications to stay up to date.
