TESLAN® is a two-coat, carbon nanocoating system that offers improved performance and longevity compared to traditional three-coat systems. Featuring a low VOC, carbon nanotube (CNT) filled epoxy primer and topcoat, the TESLAN® system demonstrates significant advantages in corrosion protection, application time, and labor costs in real-world applications. Our unique protective coating products harness the strength of CNT technology to deliver superior performance in impact resistance and cathodic protection for offshore structures at the subsea level, the splash zone level, and on decks and walkways.
The most appealing feature of TESLAN® is its ability to significantly reduce maintenance costs as much as 50% with its 2 x 1 Wet Edge™ technology. This technology allows applicators to apply the TESLAN® topcoat to the primer just 30-45 minutes after the primer has been applied, delivering significant cost savings in reduced application time.
